CHOP SHOPPE [MUSIC TEACHERS]
Here at The Chop
Shoppe we are proud to feature the finest [guitar
instuctors]
on the North Shore, offering private lessons at very competitive
rates. In order to offer these teachers a consistent income,
we have set up the following guidelines:
Availability
Lessons are scheduled every day of the week except Sunday.
Lessons last for ½ hour. Your teacher, lesson day,
and time will remain the same each week. Once scheduled,
a time belongs to you until we are told otherwise.
Fees
Our [music teachers] charge a monthly tuition that covers
all weekly ½ hour
lessons in a calendar month. Lessons must be paid for in
advance and in blocks of four. This equals a monthly tuition
of $120 (with the exception of five-week months, for which
the tuition is $150).
Our Qualifications
Our [guitar instructors] are highly qualified, degreed
professional musicians. All of our instructors have extensive
teaching and performance experience. All lessons are geared
specifically to the individual student. Instructors strive
to relate their teaching methods to the individual student’s
level of accomplishment, learning style and specific musical
tastes. All lessons are private to insure that the student
has the undivided attention of the instructor. This allows
the student to progress at his/her own pace. All of our teachers
are privately contracted only to teach. They do not rent
or sell instruments, leaving them free to concentrate solely
on teaching. We have a diverse staff to accommodate all levels
and ages, from beginner to advanced, from 5 to 95. Music
is rewarding and fun for everyone.
